The Southern Professional Trade Fair for Hotel and Catering Equipment and Services will be holding its thirteenth edition on 3, 4, 5 and 6 March at the Malaga Exhibition Centre. The complementary activities feature in particular a series of technical seminars on innovations, ‘Tastes of the South’, promoting the native products of Andalusian food and drink and the Mediterranean diet, along with other information sessions.
