The CAC Malaga will be hosting until 18 March the first individual show put on at any arts centre or gallery in Spain by artist Julian Opie. Comprising 41 recent works centred on the theme of the human figure, the exhibition takes up not only the gallery itself but also the outside of the building and the lobby. The work of this British artist is well known as a result of his extensive international career and the other projects which he has undertaken, such as the cover for a Blur ‘Best of’ album, the stage design for concerts by U2 and portraits of supermodel Kate Moss.
